Our award-winning wine list features over a thousand selections from all around the world. Each wine is hand selected by Glass Brasserie Head Sommelier, Mauro Bortolato, and housed in our climate controlled cellars and 3,500 bottle wine wall ranging from Australian classics to rare international selections.
